Couldn't ask for a better service!
Bought 4 truck tires for a 3/4 ton Dodge. Sold me 10ply, and installed 3 6ply and 1 10ply tire.????? I drove the truck 2 blocks and heard all the balance weights hit the truck and fly off the rim. Bates correction for this problem is to sell me 3 10ply tires and stick me with another bill and I'm to keep the 6ply and sell on Craigslist because they touched the road. So to follow Bates recommendation, I'm in for 900 original bill (4/ 10ply tires) keep 3 6ply tires (675$value) and purchase 3 more 10ply tires to correct the mistake at 750$. So after all is corrected 2,325$ in tires from an original purchase of 900$. Ouch. I won't be back.
