Absolutely disgusting food. Asked he kitchen to make me a hand and cheese wrap. That’s it. The manager refused and told me I had to get the ham pinwheels from the cooler because the kitchen guy was new and didn’t know how to do that (it’s ham and cheese on a tortilla. Didn’t think it was super difficult?) . So I bought the pin wheels. Got home and the tortilla was soggy, it was drenched in mayo, there was one slice of ham, and the rest was packed with lettuce. The lettuce was browning and the tomatoes tasted rotted. I know how long this store leaves food out regularly but this is getting ridiculous. Every time I go to Panora Caseys there’s some mishap or bad food. If there were any other gas station around I’d go to it and never come back. TERRIBLE service.
I go there almost every day. The food there is fantastic, the graveyard crew are always smiling. The bathrooms are super clean. I just wish they had more people working there. It is crazy seeing how busy they are.
Employees in the kitchen were not changing gloves/washing hands after picking items up off the floor or handling personal items like cell phones. Also took their own sweet time standing around instead of finishing pizza orders. It took 3 minutes to pull my pizza from the oven, cut it, and box it. Very rude.
Staff and management work very hard to please everyone,but we all know that's impossible.
I like Panora's casey's
This has the potential to be a great place. Short on staff leads to long waits. Management could be better with dealing with customers and employees both. I loved working at this store and the customers that came through. But they could definitely improve a lot of things!
